This notice covers the CarrySync pre-launch site at carrysync.com and carrysync.ai, operated by CarrySync, Inc. We collect as little as possible and use it only for the purposes below. When the full product launches, a complete privacy policy will replace this notice.

What we collect

• What you send us: your email address and any message you choose to include in the early-access form, or anything you email to us directly.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand visits — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type. In regions that require consent, analytics cookies are off until you say yes; you can decline everywhere.

This site is about a product that measures bags, not people — and this page follows the same instinct. No advertising trackers, no data brokers, no selling.

How we use it

• To tell you when CarrySync launches and where it's flying.
• To reply when you write to us — passenger, airline, or partner.
• To understand interest in CarrySync so we launch it well.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that make this site work — analytics (Google Analytics) and, when configured, a form-delivery provider that routes submissions to our inbox. Each acts on our instructions. Beyond that, we disclose information only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Launch-list emails are kept until launch communications are complete, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard settings.

Your choices and rights

• Decline analytics using the choice bar on the site — or change your mind later by clearing this site's data in your browser.
• Ask to see, correct, or delete anything you've sent us — one email to nowboarding@carrysync.com does it.
• Unsubscribe from launch emails at any time.
• Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK and California), you may have additional legal rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your information. Write to us and we'll honor them.
